Finally, an Internet-recommended soup that beat all of my expectations. Very nice cheese, and very sweet, tasty onions. We had four of them delivered to the table, and they were very consistently great.

ok, best FOS ever. i’m very serious about this. i was just at balthazar for the first time earlier this week and spoiled my entire meal by eating too much FOS. the same thing happened to the woman sitting next to me. it was basically a party in my mouth.
