Place Pigalle - Seattle, WA
Located in the famous Pike Place Market, this restaurant was an Internet recommendation. Happily, there was lots of good cheese (Gruyere). But the broth was unusual. The menu notes that they use “Hidalgo Cream Sherry”. I don’t know what that is, but the broth was certainly more creamy than meaty.
