Sunday, October 24th, 2010This was the best onion soup I’ve had so far. It’s combination of Emmentaler and Compté was perfect, the broth was sweet, yet strong, and it was served piping hot. There’s really nothing I would recommend to change about this soup, except maybe to add a touch more cheese. Very close to perfection, and now atop the worldwide list.
